This is not a horoscope. It looks at which country you would land in if the weight were today’s births, or today’s living population. The draw is on the parent page. This page only says where the numbers come from, and what they refuse to say.

Births and population are not the same list

In UN WPP 2024 medium variant, India has the most births in 2024, then China, Nigeria, and Pakistan. Ranked by people alive now, the order changes. Births mode uses the first ranking. Population mode uses the second.

The filter is for reading

Opening Asia shortens the ranking. Reincarnate still draws with worldwide weights. Happiness and GDP per person do not change the odds. A few territories missing from WPP keep a World Bank crude-birth-rate estimate. Globe pins sit on geographic centers, not capitals.

Do not merge this with the taste quiz

Drawing the same country twice is allowed. Each life is independent. History stays in this browser. A share link only carries country codes. For a country by taste, use the separate match quiz. One is mass. The other is preference.

How are the odds set?

Births mode uses UN WPP 2024 birth counts. Population mode uses World Bank population. Happiness, GDP, and taste do not change the odds.

Does the region filter change the odds?

No. It only shortens the ranking and search. Reincarnate still draws worldwide.
